Independent cyber security consultancy founded by Gaurav Vikash in Australia in January 2023. Built for organisations that need experienced security advisory without the overhead and cost of a large firm. Led by practitioners with decades of experience across government, financial services, public safety, and high-growth technology.

Gaurav Vikash has 18 years of experience in cyber security across Australia, the UK, and Asia. His background spans public safety, financial services, government, and high-growth technology. He has held CISO and senior security leadership roles across multiple industries and geographies. Gaurav is an ASD-endorsed IRAP Assessor and holds active credentials including CISSP, CISA, CCSP, CISM, CRISC, ISO 27001 Lead Implementor, and ISO 42001 Lead Implementor.

Cybernion does not sell what a client does not need. Every engagement is scoped to the actual problem, delivered by a senior practitioner, and measured against outcomes the client can verify.

Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation. We agree on the problem, the scope, the deliverables, and the timeline before any work begins. Findings are delivered in plain English. We do not produce reports that sit unread; every deliverable is structured for the person who needs to act on it.
